What We're Looking For

Nutrition Guides
Practical, evidence-based nutrition content written by qualified professionals. No fad diets or unsupported health claims — just honest, useful guidance.
Seasonal & Ingredient Features
In-depth guides on specific ingredients, seasonal cooking, or cuisine styles that give readers practical knowledge they can apply in their own kitchens.
Kitchen Tips & Technique
How-to guides covering cooking techniques, equipment choices, meal prep strategies, or food storage tips that genuinely improve readers' cooking skills.
Submission Guidelines
- Articles should be original and not published elsewhere. We do not accept reprints or AI-generated content.
- Minimum length: 800 words. Long-form guides and recipes with detailed instructions are preferred (1,200–2,000 words).
- Recipes must be personally tested by the author. Include yield, prep time, cook time, and step-by-step instructions.
- High-quality original photos are required for recipe articles. Minimum 800px wide, well-lit, styled naturally.
- Nutrition claims must be accurate and grounded in evidence. Credentialed authors (RD, RDN, MD, etc.) should note their credentials.

- Submissions are reviewed within 10 business days. We may request edits before publishing.
- WhiskPoint retains the right to edit submissions for clarity, style, and length.
